Trail Ridge Arena

This indoor riding arena and boarding facility sits on almost 9 acres of land just south of Alpine Wyoming and about 45 minutes from Jackson Hole. With over 63,000 square feet of indoor space, this building include a 126′x205′ riding arena, four wash bays, 30 indoor stalls as well as an outdoor riding arena that is 96′x230′ and 24 outdoor stalls with three separate turn out areas that can all accommodate at least two horses. There is a roping chute, warm up area and 40’round pen. The location is currently set up with a private office, private bedroom, three bathrooms, shower, kitchen and dining area large enough to hold events. The property allows for a primary residence to be built on the facility as well as ample trailer parking for boarders and/or events. There are heated waters and 24 lean to’s throughout the exterior of the property and large hay storage shed. As of Winter 2014/2015 the facility is running at about 90% occupancy levels. Recent improvements have been made to the facility and all required equipment to run this business is included in the price. The property has access to the Salt River and trails into the National Forest.
