Established in 2004, Teton Village Realty became the fastest growing brokerage in Jackson Hole, achieving the third highest market share in Teton County every year from 2005 to 2008. In May of 2009 Sotheby’s International Realty purchased Teton Village Realty providing our group a new business platform and world renowned affiliation in the luxury real estate market. Sotheby’s now commands a close to 70% market share in Jackson Hole.

Bridging the crevasse of professional ski mountaineer to real estate entrepreneur, Rob DesLauriers has skied from the Summit of Mt. Everest, brokered hundreds of million dollars in real estate transactions and developed and manages two luxury condominium hotels at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Professional skier and extreme ski pioneer from 1988 to 2000, Rob has starred in over 20 ski films and produced 5 ski films as a member of The North Face Alpine Team. Rob has skied from to top of 5 of the “7 summits” including Everest in October 2006; Mt Vinson, Antarctica; Mt. Elbrus, Russia; Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, and Denali, Alaska.

In 2000, Rob shifted focus to the development of the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, a 145 key, 95 condominium unit, AAA Four Diamond condominium hotel resort located at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Rob continues as the managing partner in the Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company.

In 2003, Rob founded Teton Village Realty. As Responsible Broker Rob oversaw 3 offices with 16 brokers. He sold Teton Village Realty in 2009 to Sotheby’s International Realty where Rob is a broker today.

In 2008, Rob completed his second Jackson Hole hotel development project with the opening of Hotel Terra. Terra is a sustainably designed and operated, Silver-LEED certified condominium hotel with modern mountain sophistication located slopeside to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Rob has brokered millions in commercial, residential and hotel real estate. His specialty is centered on Teton Village’s ski and golf real estate with an overriding expertise in hospitality assets. Rob’s entrepreneurship and background in hospitality drive his data and service focused emphasis on guiding clients through a real estate transaction.

Jake Kilgrow

As a seasoned Associate Broker, Jake Kilgrow has been cultivating the ‘mountain  experience’ since early childhood and practicing real estate in destination resort communities since 1997. An avid outdoor enthusiast and skier, Jake’s love of mountains has realized over ten years of experience as a helicopter ski guide in the Chugach mountains of Alaska alongside a successful career as trusted and tested real estate professional.

After growing up in Idaho and living in California and Utah, Jake moved to Telluride in 1999 to work for a Sotheby’s affiliate with persistent prompting by a friend and colleague. While there Jake met his wife Jennifer and expanded his knowledge of resort property sales.  In 2003, Jake and Jennifer moved to Jackson Hole to realize Jennifer’s professional goals and employment with the Teton County School District and the State of Wyoming. Jake and Jennifer live in Wilson with their children Charles and Charlotte and their labradoodle Cash.

With the Kilgrow’s move to Wyoming, Jake became a founding member of Teton Village Realty, which was later acquired by Jackson Hole’s Sotheby’s. Jake has consistently been a leading performer in the Jackson Hole real estate brokerage community. He and his teammates, now Realty Group of Jackson Hole (all original members of Teton Village Realty), have collectively sold over $200 million dollars in gross real estate sales; ranging in scale from his specialty of ski-in/ski-out homes in Teton Village, to building sites, condominiums, condominium hotels, affordable homes, and commercial opportunities.

When working with buyers, Jake provides his customers with the highest level of service and supplies them with a wealth of knowledge gained with experience in and outside of the workplace. An enthusiasm for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking combined with his support of Jackson’s Adaptive Ski Program keeps Jake actively engaged in the Jackson’s community. This involvement adds to Jake’s most salient quality in his ability to apply his intimate knowledge of the community and identify client needs to find the best property suited for their criteria.

A dedication to detail and long-lasting client relationships adds to Jake’s reputation within the Jackson Hole area as a well-informed agent with efficient work and successful closings. Over the span of his career, Jakes realized a proven track record developing successful sales skills tested in varied market climates. He’s ridden the boom to bust of dot.com era through the real estate mortgage meltdown of recent years. Collectively, his experience makes Jake the right ‘guide’ for navigating destination resort real estate in Jackson Hole.

Originally from Georgia, Kelli developed a love for Jackson Hole during family vacations and worked seasonally in the valley during college. After graduating from Valdosta State University with a B.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, Kelli permanently relocated to Jackson and began a real estate career in 2001. Kelli initially served as an assistant to one of the valley’s top producers, then was named Operations Manager of Real Estate of Jackson Hole. In this role, Kelli learned all aspects of real estate brokerage management. In 2004 Kelli was recruited by Rob DesLauriers to be a founding member of Teton Village Realty. The firm quickly became the fastest growing brokerage in Teton County, achieving the third-largest market share each year until Sotheby’s International Realty purchased the brokerage in May 2009. An avid equestrian, Kelli grew up with an active schedule of national and international horse shows and competed in hunter and jumper events for over 20 years. In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her husband and real estate business partner, Jeff, their two children and their large canine family. An active member of the Jackson Hole community, Kelli volunteers for Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding Association and Teton Literacy Center, and is the current Secretary for Teton Board of Realtors.

Jeff has an extensive business background and an intimate knowledge of the Jackson Hole community. He moved from the beaches of Southern California to the mountains of Jackson Hole in 1995 where he found employment at a luxury resort. His career quickly took off as he rose from bellman to the position of general manager of a four-star resort, all within seven years. Following a successful career in hotel management, Jeff brings unique professionalism to the real estate business. He believes in a focused customer service approach integrating aspects of hospitality service into a personalized real estate buying and selling experience. Jeff graduated from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with a degree in sales and marketing. Jeff has deep family roots in the State of Wyoming, dating back to the 1940s when his grandparents worked for the Rockefeller family, managing the Jenny Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park. A longtime Rotarian, he currently serves on the Rotary Foundation Board of Directors where he is chairman of the scholarship committee which provides local high school students in excess of $70,000 in annual collegiate scholarships. Jeff has also served as a past chairman of the Lunch Club’s largest annual fundraiser benefitting local high school student scholarships. Jeff has been selected as Rotarian of the Month several times and has earned multiple Paul Harris Fellows.
